Fitness journeys are unique to the individual. But how do you move forward? That depends on where you are and where you want to go!
If you have prior experience with CrossFit, even if you haven’t been in a box for a while, your best next step is to sign up for an Experienced Athlete Free Trial. This option will allow you to reserve a spot in any of our regular CrossFit classes so you can see if our gym is a good fit for you.
If you are new to CrossFit, or maybe never even stepped foot in a gym, but you are ready to take action and jump right in, your best next step is to sign up for our Free Community CrossFit Class. We hold this class every week at 8:30 am on Saturday morning. The hour long class brings together all of our Athletes, both experienced and beginner. These are partner workouts so you’ll have plenty of support and coaching.
If showing up for a class seems daunting or Saturday morning doesn’t fit your schedule, your best next step is to sign up for a Free Gym Tour. If you choose this option one of our coaches will reach out to you to coordinate your visit to the gym. When you arrive we will show you around the gym and answer questions about who we are and how we can help you achieve your goals.
